Floor Plans for Cardero
While specific floor plan designs for Cardero are yet to be released, we know that Henriquez Partners’ design calls for 78 studios, 20 1-bedroom, 79 2-bedroom, and seven 3-bedroom condos.
Amenities at Cardero
Bosa has not yet announced specific building amenities. However, there will be a fourth-floor shared amenity space with a landscaped outdoor patio. There will also be retail space on the ground floor and the first three floors above will be purposed for 45,346 square feet of office space.
Parking and Storage
Seven levels of underground parking will provide 201 vehicle stalls, 252 Class A and 18 Class B bike stalls, and three loading bays.
